We’ve won another project!
We are very excited to announce that our winning streak continues with us being awarded our latest project.
The next project to be built by Lyons Construction is the new accommodation wing at Marcus Oldham College.
The accommodation wing includes the construction of 30 dorms rooms, two communal kitchens, two sets of male and female amenities, and two laundries.
Set across two-storeys, this facility will provide students with the perfect home-away-from-home to complete their studies.
Over the past five years, we’ve worked on over 30 educational projects totalling over $120M. We are so thrilled to be able to add this project to the list of buildings we’ve created to support the minds of the next generation.
With this project all about creating a productive and inspiring space for students looking to further their careers in the agricultural and equine industries, we couldn’t be happier to be a part of this project.
Having worked with architects 3iD Studios Architecture in the past, (most recently on the St. Albans Football & Netball Club Changerooms) we are thrilled to continue our working relationship with them and make their vision for the building become a reality.
