The St. Albans Football, Netball & Cricket Changerooms refurbishment completely transformed the 40-year-old space.
With the installation of new internal linings, fittings and features came a complete modernisation of the home, away and umpire changing rooms. The works also included the creation of a dedication storeroom, plant room, office space and separate first aid room – all whilst maintaining a generous gym space.
Internally, the existing concrete floors were given a clear epoxy finish and modwood seating and shelving was installed. Externally, the large feature fascia beam, blackbutt sun battens and matrix cladding have created an aesthetically interesting façade to what was once a plain blockwall.
