Lyons Construction is thrilled to be working with Up Property and project management team, Connect Plus on the regeneration of the old Belcher Arcade building in the heart of Geelong’s CBD. 181 Moorabool St will undergo a complete internal and external transformation, converting into a new state-of-the-art building ready for fit-out by Barwon Health.
Lyons is developing the building into a five-storey office-set, with a lobby on the Ground Floor and amenities on each level. Construction is due to be completed later this year.
With construction well underway, we can’t wait to see this project come to life, which will benefit the Geelong community immensely.
