After an incredible effort by our Estimating team, we have been awarded another new project!
This latest project is at Bellbrae Primary School and involves the construction of not one, but two major new learning facilities – a Learning/STEM Centre and Performing Arts/Physical Education (PACE) Centre. Also included is a revamping of the existing landscaping and a brand new sports oval.
The architecture, by our friends as Morton Dunn Architects, has been specifically designed to enhance student learning and provide a positive learning and teaching environment.
The new two-storey Learning/ STEM Centre is specifically designed to enhance student learning in science, technology, engineering, and maths and to push their creativity. The space includes:
- A designated STEM room
- Art room
- Six general classrooms
- Amenities
- Staff offices
The new PACE (Performing Arts & Physical Education) facility involves alterations and extensions to an existing building to create a fresh space. Features of the PACE building include:
- Competition-grade gym
- Performing arts room
- New canteen
Having worked on over 28 educational buildings in the last five years, we are thrilled to be able to add Bellbrae Primary School to that list.
