A modern, open-plan Resource Centre, was created at Sacred Heart College, Geelong, through the refurbishment and merger of two existing buildings.
The two-storey, four split-level, state-of-the-art facility houses an IT Centre with staff offices, a fully equipped cafe, and four major collaborative learning zones. An accessible lift and multiple staircases provide continuous flow and general ease of use between spaces.
A 4-star energy rating was achieved through the use of double-glazed spandrel panels, recycled materials, and the provision of rainwater tanks.
