RCA Villages and Lamprecht Architects awarded Lyons Construction the project to build a community Clubhouse for residents at Armstrong Green; shared community facilities for residents to entertain and enjoy themselves, at their own pace.
The Clubhouse includes a lounge and dining area, bar lounge, kitchen, bar and servery, doctors and nurse rooms, library, salon, reception and meeting rooms, billiard room, bowling green, spa/gym/multi-purpose room and pool and change rooms.
The homely building has modern features, however through the use of colour, textures and traditional design elements it reflects a space that feels warm for the residents of RCA Village.
