The Leopold Community Hub is a new two-storey community building boasting several uses and housing many community services.
The large-scale building features management offices, full amenities, a purpose-built Changing Places facility, a large-scale meeting room, and a full library (located on the ground floor).
The second floor boasts a full commercial kitchen, numerous meeting and community rooms, and an atrium overlooking the library below. A large external balcony offers panoramic views over Geelong and Corio Bay.
The building is set to receive a 5 Star Green Star rating.
