Lyons Construction, together with Peter Harvey & Co Architects, is thrilled to be rebuilding the Vallis IGA in Hamlyn Heights.
The building will see a revamped design by Peter Harvey & Co bring a much-loved local icon back to the neighborhood. It’s highly anticipated return will be the good news residents of Hamlyn Heights have been waiting for. Lyons Construction are proud to be working on another local project giving the community a brand-new IGA supermarket that will allow for ease in access to some of the freshest food and friendliest service in Geelong.
The family-run Vines Road store will retain its family-friendly feel, featuring a prominent deli and fresh produce area. The store will also be baking fresh bakery goods on-site in their own commercial grade kitchen.
Hamlyn Heights locals should be enjoying their fresh fruit, vegetables, deli goods and fresh bread by December 2023.
