Working together with our repeat client, Up Property architects, Made For. and Service Consultants, ADP Consulting, Lyons Construction will lead the transformation of the office building on Gheringhap St, converting the new space ready for fit-out in 2024.
The Gheringhap St building refurbishment for Up Property, has been thoughtfully designed by Made For. with the site’s history determining the design trajectory for the building. Spanning across more than 3300 square metres, this incredible space boasts prime CBD positioning with outstanding natural light and bay views.
The team has already commenced demolition with an estimated completion date in 2024.
