About the project

The Bell Street Apartments project involved the construction of a three-storey complex boasting three retail spaces on the ground floor and elevator access to the six luxury apartments housed on the two top-levels.

The structure comprises in situ concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, and timber. HA high-level finishes are used throughout including engineered timber floors, quality joinery, fixtures, imported tiles, and carpets. A security system and access control offer peace-of-mind for residents.

Each apartment boasts at least one large balcony area offering panoramic coastal views of Cosy Corner, Torquay, and Jan Juc beaches. Each apartment has a different floorplan offering versatility to the building with the central location making it easy to enjoy all that Torquay has to offer.

This modern building features open floorplans, indoor-outdoor living spaces, and double-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows that flood each space with natural light.
