Our Geelong CBD Project, 181 Moorabool Street was completed in March 2023 and handed over to our client Up Property. This landmark building will be fitted out by Barwon Health to provide mental health services.
Adding to the changing landscape of Geelong CBD, it’s great to see this building facade bring a modern feel to our city. The building which boasts expansive views of the Geelong skyline, Corio Bay and beyond was cleverly designed by architects Made For. Three stories added to the existing two stories with extensive earthquake and fire proofing included. Allowing for natural light through large windows this incredible space will become home to many staff with access to the feature car stacker basement parking, bike storage, outdoor balconies and more.
