	Regional Commercial Builder Of The Year Lyons Construction have been awarded the Master Builders Association of Victoria '2005 Commercial Builder of the Year - South West Region' for the restoration and refurbishment of St Mary of the Angel's Basilica, Geelong.

	The Age / Dun & Bradstreet Rural Award When a business can survive for more then 70 years, continually evolve with the times, and still manage to record high profits three years in a row, it is a sure sign the company has matured. Lyons Construction have overcome these challenges to win The Age / Dun and Bradstreet Rural Award. Three main factors helped Lyons Construction stand out as an industry leader; dedicated staff, building strong relationships with clients and not being afraid of challenging projects.

	Geelong Advertiser Business of the Year The 2003 Geelong Advertiser Business Excellence Award will sit proudly in the Lyons Construction trophy cabinet. Judging panel chairman Kean Selway praised the company for its ability to co-ordinate the development of complex multi-million dollar projects. Lyons impressed the judges in all five criteria: mission, vision and leadership; marketing and communication; quality of operation and result; human resource development and management; and customer service.

	Regional Commercial Builder of the Year Lyons Construction have been awarded the Master Builders Association of Victoria 'Regional Commercial Builder of the Year 2003'. This was for the outstanding excellence in construction of the new Torquay Primary School. Judges commended savings we achieved for the client through re-design, and completion of works a month ahead of schedule.
